Phantogram are currently midway through their “Running Through Colors” tour, a set of dates named for a single from their fifth studio album Memory of a Day, which was released back in October. The set of dates runs through the end of the month, when they’ll complete the tour back home in LA with a hometown show at the Hollywood Palladium on February 28. We got a sneak peek of the tour last week when Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter touched down in Atlanta for a sold-out gig at Tabernacle, playing alongside Mikey Schuman of Queens of the Stone Age’s solo project GLU. After a VIP meet-and-greet, the band took the stage for a 15-song set, half of which was made up of songs from their new LP.

FLOOD photographer Donny Evans was with the band through most of the day, capturing both pre-show rituals and their electrifying and aptly colorful set. Check out his shots leading up to their performance with captions by the band below, as well as some additional photos of their set. You can also check out the rest of Phantogram’s tour dates here.

We always love coming back to play Atlanta. This city is home to some of our favorite memories and some of the best fans.

Can’t wait to be back ATL!
