Two of the most thrilling live artists on the planet collided last night, with Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds’ anticipated Wild God tour hitting Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York with support from St. Vincent. At 67 years old, Cave was holding nothing back with his Bad Seeds cohorts, performing 22 (!!) career-spanning songs while kicking his way across the stage for nearly two and a half hours, and even stage diving at one point.

Annie Clark opened the evening reminding the crowd that she decided to call herself St. Vincent from a lyric in Cave’s “There She Goes, My Beautiful World.”
