Japanese Breakfast has shared a video for “Winter in LA,” one of many standouts from her new album, For Melancholy Brunettes (& sad women). More exciting news? Michelle Zauner has also confirmed a slew of new tour dates, including a gig at the Greek Theatre in LA.
The video was shot in South Korea and directed by Zauner and Peter Ash Lee, who Zauner notes also took the photo on the cover of her new record. Production was handled by fashion mainstay SSENSE. “I loved the idea of playing a fussy bride who ruins her own wedding,” Zauner shared of the visual.
