With a mini-documentary and a 24-hour performance stream released in the past couple weeks, New York City’s Battles have been slowly drawing back the curtain on their upcoming third album La Di Da Di.
Now, you can hear the official audio for the opening track ‘The Yabba,” a bubbling, exploratory post-rock jam that we saw the band perform during their webcast. It’s the first new song from the band since 2011’s Gloss Drop.
