The newest Frankenstein adaptation doesn’t look like your average roll in ze hay. In the trailer for Victor Frankenstein, James McAvoy steps into the role of the titular mad scientist and is joined by Daniel Radcliffe, who plays his loyal lab assistant Igor (Harry did always excel in the Dark Arts).
In the new trailer, the pair attempt to play God and survive the aftermath in a gothic, victorian steampunk setting that reminds us of Van Helsing, but is hopefully much better.
Victor Frankenstein is directed by Paul McGuigan (Sherlock, Lucky Number Slevin) and is out November 25.
