Australia–based pop-punk four-piece Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers first caught our attention with their explosive debut EP Pretty Good for a Girl Band back in 2022. Upon its release, singer Anna Ryan performed an acoustic version of their boisterous single “AHHH!” for our “Neighborhoods” series atop Oakley Hill in their hometown of Canberra, and last year the band took us behind the scenes at Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California with their “Backstage Camera Roll” feature. They must have caught Ohana founder Eddie Vedder’s ear as well that day, as they were later invited to open for Pearl Jam on a series of North American and Australian arena dates.

With the band's second album Glory out now via Mom + Pop, the band is taking over FLOOD FM this week with a new episode of “Hacked” which finds them spinning tracks from a mix of alt-rock and indie greats (The Strokes, LCD Soundsystem, Arctic Monkeys, and, naturally, Pearl Jam) along with some current faves (Fontaines D.C., Kneecap, Full Flower Moon Band). Tune into the episode every day this week (November 17 – 21) at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. only on FLOOD FM.
