Netflix will be bringing its annual comedy festival Netflix Is a Joke back to Los Angeles this spring from May 4 – 10. Shows are scheduled at venues including the Hollywood Bowl, The Greek Theatre, The Comedy Store, Laugh Factory, Hollywood IMPROV, and more. Jon Stewart is scheduled to host the “Night of Too Many Stars” with guests like Conan O’Brien, Bill Burr, Steve Carell, and Nikki Glaser. Nate Bargatze will be filming his next Netflix special at the Intuit Dome, while Kevin Hart will lead a show called “Funny AF with Kevin Hart.” There are plenty of other scheduled events, including concepts led by Seth Rogen, John Mulaney, and Katt Williams.
“What makes this fest so special is the sense of community—it’s a rare moment where the comedy industry and the fans come together in one place,” said Tracey Pakosta, Netflix’s VP of Comedy Series. “We’re not just putting on shows; we’re creating one-of-a-kind experiences that celebrate the range, depth, and sheer brilliance of the comedy world right now.”
Visit Netflix is a Joke’s official website for more information. Tickets for events across the festival will go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. PT on January 23.
