Packed as it is with star-studded collaborations, we were already anticipating the release of War Child Records’ HELP(2) LP this Friday. But today, it was announced that Oasis would be joining the likes of Damon Albarn, Beth Gibbons, Big Thief, Depeche Mode, Fontaines D.C., Olivia Rodrigo, Pulp, The Last Dinner Party, Wet Leg, and many more on the compilation’s stacked 21-song track list benefitting War Child’s mission to “protect, educate, and stand up for the rights of children living through conflict around the world.”

Or at least Oasis’ contribution would be packaged alongside it. The recently reunited Gallagher brothers have contributed a live version of the (What’s the Story) Morning Glory?–era B-side “Acquiesce,” recorded during a performance last year at Wembley Stadium, as a bonus 7-inch (or, spoiler, as a hidden track on the CD version), the cherry on top of an already elaborate dessert. “Acquiesce” is the first (surely of many) recording to materialize from Oasis’ recent world tour, and marks the Gallaghers’ return to War Child Records after contributing the opening number to the original HELP comp way back in 1995.

You can stream the live recording on Friday when the record drops (more info on the release here), but for now you can find the band’s teaser video below.
