This past February marked the 20th anniversary of blog-era electrohouse figure Tiga’s debut album Sexor, and what better way to celebrate than for the artist to return shortly after with his first full-length collection of solo material shortly thereafter? Hotlife bridges the gap between past and present, with Tiga’s signature electroclash sound repurposed for the 2020s with the help of a few of the artists who’ve been carrying the torch as of late, such as Fcukers and Maara. The record also opens with a feature from Tiga’s longtime peer and recent NIN collaborator Boys Noize.

For his “Hacked” takeover this week, Tiga’s focus moves from collaboration to revisiting his own music that may have flown under the radar over the past two decades, including lesser-known album cuts, songs released via his ZZT side-project with Zombie Nation, and remixes for the likes of Disclosure and Justice. The episode airs every day this week (April 27 – May 1) at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., and 10 p.m. PT only on FLOOD FM.
