Still coasting off of their 2025 Stones Throw release Is It Now?, Automatic are announcing a slew of tour dates today. Marking their first gigs since opening for LCD Soundsystem last year, the trio is set for Kilby Block Party in Salt Lake City before traversing the US with The Last Dinner Party in May and June. After a slot at Outside Lands, they’ll head to the UK and Europe for festival gigs and some headlining shows. Additional US headlining dates will be announced soon.
The band is additionally sharing a remix of “Don’t Wanna Dance” today, with “fourth Beastie Boy” Mario C cooking up a new version of the Is It Now? standout. Regarding the cut, Automatic shared that the producer “was so much fun to work with, as we have been fans of his since we were little tiny babies boppin’ around to Check Your Head.”
