The Cramps, Inc. has been established to restart The Cramps’ label, Vengeance Records, in addition to creating merchandise and offering up reissues from the legendary rock band. Operating as RAM Prod., Henry Rollins and Ian MacKaye are working on behalf of The Cramps Inc. to share the band’s previously unreleased, Alex Chilton–produced 1977 album Gravest Gravy on August 21. As a teaser for the project, the video for the album track “TV Set” is out now.
Beyond Gravest Gravy, The Cramps Inc. also plan to reissue Gravest Hits, Smell of Female, A Date with Elvis, RockinnreelininAucklandNewZealand, Stay Sick!, Look Mom No Head!, Big Beat From Badsville, Fiends of Dope Island, and How to Make a Monster.
