Violet Grohl technically made her musical debut five years ago with a cover of X’s “Nausea” that she recorded with her dad, though it wasn’t until the very end of last year that she’d begun releasing original solo material largely within the parameters of dreamy alt-rock and post-grunge angst. She kicked off 2026 with a few new singles (including a tribute to David Lynch) before announcing her debut album, which arrived last week. Naturally, a tour will follow, including dates in the UK and Europe, a few shows with The Breeders, and newly announced festival spots at Riot Fest, Shakey Knees, and All Things Go DC.

Afterward, the Be Sweet to Me shows will continue on with a brief North American headlining tour, including a stop at San Francisco’s Rickshaw Stop presented by FLOOD and our longtime partners Popscene. Grohl will be taking the stage on October 27 with openers yet to be announced. Check out the show’s flyer below, and grab tickets when general admission goes on sale this Friday here.
