Interpol keep teasing new music ahead of their new LP, This Mirror Weighs a Ton, which is set to arrive via Partisan Records on August 28. Out now is “Iron City”—which I don’t think is an ode to the majesty of Pittsburgh, but ya never know. The track finds the band diving deeper into textures and layers than on previous This Mirror Weighs a Ton singles, bolstering Paul Banks’ vocal performance with reverberating piano chords and electronic hand claps.
