Vince Staples and his new touring band stopped by NPR’s Tiny Desk to perform some songs from his new LP Cry Baby, as well as one from 2024’s Dark Times. He began the set with three Cry Baby cuts—“Blackberry Marmalade,” “Go! Go! Gorilla,” and “White Flag”—and from there he offered up the Dark Times standout “Shame on the Devil” before wrapping up the show with another new track, “Only in America.”
In other Vince live show news, last month he announced a 16-date tour across North America. The run begins on October 19 at Atlanta’s Tabernacle and will see Vince travel to Houston, Austin, Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Toronto, Chicago, Denver, and more before concluding on November 15 at The Warfield in San Francisco.
