Remi Wolf has announced that her third studio album, Mud, will be released on October 9 via Island Records. The project’s second single, “Bottle,” will arrive this Thursday, August 20. The first pre-release taste of Mud, “Twiggy,” was released on July 31.
Regarding the new project, Wolf said: “I feel like I’ve crossed into a new phase of life because of this album. I literally felt like I was covered in shit. And now, at the end of the album process, I feel so clean and clear. It has been a very cleansing record to make for me.” I concur that no longer being covered in shit would feel quite good. Happy for you, Remi.
