Staying true to their name, the band Night Terrors of 1927 have shared a thematically appropriate cover of the world’s most popular song about sleep-talk eavesdropping. The ’80s hit “Talking In Your Sleep” by The Romantics has become a staple of the duo’s live set as they’ve toured in support of their debut album Everything’s Coming Up Roses, which was released in January of this year.
The Romantics’ hit from the ’80s was also famously covered by British band Bucks Fizz, but unfortunately, Night Terrors’ cover doesn’t include a video as hilariously retro as that version or the original. Lack of dated visuals aside, it’s a fun, contemporary take on a classic. Listen below.
