Fontaines D.C. have shared “Tongue,” the second track to be revealed from the Dublin band’s forthcoming LP Dopamine Chamber following “Marianne.” The track features a sparse drum groove and a buzzing bass accent backing Grian Chatten’s vocal performance as he sings: “More abuse than an Adderall / Shit, I’m sorry, didn’t realize I called.” The track also comes alongside a music video shot in New York City by director John Angus Stewart.
Fontaines’ new album will arrive on October 16 via XL Recordings. Regarding the LP, Chatten explained: “The album itself is a dopamine chamber.
