Blondie have announced that they’ll release High Noon, their first album in almost a decade, on February 26 via BMG. The album features collaborations with Johnny Marr, original Sex Pistols bassist (and songwriter) Glen Matlock, Beirut’s Zach Condon, Lucius’ Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig, and other yet-unnamed artists, and it also signifies the final recording featuring drummer Clem Burke following the band co-founder’s death in April of 2025. “This album is classic Blondie,” Debbie Harry assured fans in a press statement, “an amalgamation of all our different influences and eras into something new. This music feels grounded in the present, shaped by who we are and how we're living now.”

“It’s been a long, strange ride, and somehow here we are with another Blondie album,” added Chris Stein. “I’m not sure what the fuck I’m supposed to say at this point, except that we're incredibly grateful for all your support over the years.”

First single “Spectral Eyes” is out now. Check that out below, and pre-order High Noon here. You can also revisit our interview with Clem Burke conducted a few years before his passing here.
