“Hey man, you’re playin’ on the radio tonight,” goes the chorus of The By Gods‘ “On the Radio,” and that seems just about right. With its chunky power chords and tossed-off chorus, it feels like a track ripped from a mid-afternoon alt-rock-radio playlist—only from twenty or so years ago.
