Last month, Killer Mike reversed his famous stance on trusting the church or the government, Democrat, Republican, and introduced Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders at a campaign event in Atlanta. The meeting of the rapper and the presidential candidate also brought us the greatest photo in the history of both hip-hop and politics.
But Mike and Sanders did more than share soul food while the latter was in town. Today, the pair revealed a six-part video series filmed in Mike’s Atlanta barbershop. The two sit across from one another in barber chairs and discuss everything from the concept of compassionate capitalism to social justice to whether or not you can raise chickens in Burlington, Vermont.
