When it was released a couple of years ago, The Lego Movie was a real pleasant surprise, and landed on our list of favorite movies from 2014. That project proved to be a real launch-pad for directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, who are now working on a little project you might have heard about: the Han Solo anthology movie.
Needless to say, the Lego Movie franchise is now rolling, and currently there are three of them in production—The Lego Batman Movie, The Lego Ninjago Movie, and some sort of proper follow-up to the first film currently known The Lego Movie Sequel. Lego Batman is first up in that list, and though it won’t be out until February 10, 2017, the ball is already rolling on promoting it thanks to the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. So following the first teaser from last week, we now have a second one, which finds Lego Batman (Will Arnett) and Alfred (Ralph Fiennes) reflecting back a bit on their long and storied history together…in lego form.
The Lego Batman Movie is out February 10, 2017.
