Seamlessly blending delta blues and juke rhythms with defiant vocalist Kia Warren’s gospel and R&B roots, Revel in Dimes are a sight to behold live—and their Slab Session all but positions the viewer in the front row of one of their energetic live shows. Performing “Treat Me Nice,” a one-off single released last April, Warren—alongside bandmates Eric Simon (guitar), “Washy” Duke (drums), and “Premo” Waller (bass)—makes a case for the Brooklyn group’s status as a must-hear for listeners of all genres.

As always, this episode of the Slab Sessions was produced by the excellent folks at Half Stop Sessions.
