Did you hear the U.K. elected a new Prime Minister? Some guy with a silly haircut whose goofy public persona is being used to distract voters from his racist and elitist rhetoric and policies? Someone born rich, who’s spent five and a half decades totally oblivious to the unbearable oppression of living under capitalism as a not-rich person?

Anyway, British punks IDLES have a new song out today, and it’s called “I Dream Guillotine.” It’s the dark and high energy B-side to their recent “Mercedes Marxist” loosey, and they sound kinda…mad on it? “My bastard visions of a bastard city broken by a bastard wealthy jettison / We’re not fine,” shouts Joe Talbot, about something. Huh!

The single is currently streaming on all platforms courtesy of Partisan Records, and you can grab the newly released 7-inch here. The new single also comes with a characteristically hilarious video for “Marxist,” which you can watch below the “Guillotine” stream.
