Desert Daze 2019 begins next week in Lake Perris, CA with a deep dive into nostalgia and homage. You can anticipate sets from Devo, Wu-Tang Clan (performing Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)), The Flaming Lips with The Soft Bulletin’s twenty year anniversary, and Ween’s celebration of Chocolate & Cheese turning twenty-five.
Additional sets include Stereolab, Animal Collective, and DIIV on Friday; Flying Lotus, The Locust, Viagra Boys, and Pussy Riot on Saturday; and Sunday with Khruangbin, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, The Black Angels, ALVVAYS, and Moses Sumney.
