For those in need of something chill and relaxing in these trying times, neo-soul/jazz duo of Tom Misch and Yussef Dayes have recruited rapper Freddie Gibbs for the remedy. “Nightrider” is the latest track from the pair’s forthcoming full-length What Kinda Music, set for release via Blue Note/Caroline on April 24.

The groovy and hypnotic track arrives with an equally engaging visual, an animated affair that finds the trio cruising through a desolate desert landscape—then the skies—in a drop-top convertible.
