It’s been over half a year since Tiny Engines last tweeted, and several of the indie label’s artists are still scrambling to rejigger their release plans since one of the label’s biggest cash cows called them out for snubbing their artists last fall. One such artist—and another such cash cow—is Illuminati Hotties, who announced today that their next release will be a mixtape entitled Free I.H.: This Is Not the One You’ve Been Waiting For—pretty explicitly a reference to Sarah Tudzin delaying her contractually obligated second and final LP for TE.

The first single from the rec—er, mixtape—has an even longer name, “will i get cancelled if i write a song called, ‘if you were a man, you’d probably be cancelled,’” and it’s seventy-seconds of rage. The music video dutifully amplifies the song’s chaotic energy, projecting images of Tudzin in a diner singing with her mouth full of pancakes (and napkins?), and in an office stamping pancakes, and in her front yard grilling—you guessed it—pancakes.

Watch the clip below, and expect FIH:TINTOYBWF next Friday.
