Last we heard from Karen O she was singing Yeah Yeah Yeahs classics in her closet. But it seems she’s kept busy in quarantine working on non-music-related projects as well, as today the Napa Valley winery Ashes & Diamonds announced a line of already-sold-out rosés with bottles hand-painted by Karen. Sold at $250 a piece, 100 percent of proceeds from all eighteen bottles went on to support The Okra Project, which provides food and food education to Black trans people.

“I had been yearning to just sit at my desk and paint and draw for years,” she shared in a press release. “The part of my brain that I use to make music shut off when the pandemic hit, so this quiet project of falling into a Kenneth Anger-esque fairytale was a nice place to go when I couldn’t go anywhere.”
