Sometimes you just wake up oozing slime and need to climb into a hole on the side of a mountain to remove yourself from the judgement of society. That’s the narrative of the new video from Double Grave, anyway, who reinterpret the bodily-fluids-as-internalized-shame allegories of Cronenberg for a new animated visual tied to the Goodbye, Nowhere! track “Slime.”

In case you missed it, Nowhere! dropped last Friday via Forged Artifacts, and it serves as the grungey Minneapolis band’s long-awaited debut full-length following a pair of exciting EPs. “Slime” arrives at the tail end of the record, serving as something of a comedown after the glistening highlight and early single “Long Drive Home.”
