Grouplove is back, and they’ve got Mac Miller on the mind. The Los Angeles outfit has shared a new track, “Broken Angel,” with all proceeds from the song going to The Pittsburgh Foundation’s Mac Miller Fund, which “supports programming, resources and opportunities to youth from underserved communities, helping them recognize their full potential through exploration in the arts and community building.”

“Two years ago a dear friend of mine passed away,” shared singer Hannah Hooper in a statement. “I sat down at the piano to put words to the inconsolable loss I was feeling and ‘Broken Angel’ came out. I feel like my friend wrote this song through me. And although I have a hard time listening to it, it helps me realize he’s still with me.”

“Broken Angel” was written by Grouplove and produced by Jonathan Rado of Foxygen. The track originally appeared as a picture disc for Record Store Day last month. Listen to it below.
