A few months back, South African singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Manu Grace introduced her hypnagogic minimalist anthem “Two Weeks” with an equally lo-fi visual displaying the majestic scenery of her home country (as well as a couple of canine companions). With her sophomore EP the song appears on, No Room for Error, out in the world now, we know how the track fits into a greater framework of vulnerable storytelling—“No idea was ever too wild,” she shared in a press release.
Returning to the greenery of Cape Town the “Two Weeks” video was shot in, Grace performed an acoustic take on the song for “Neighborhoods.” With her two pups making cameos prancing around in the lush backdrop, watch her performance below.
