After a long (but mercifully active) three-month hiatus, Last Week Tonight began its second season last night with John Oliver wasting no time in getting down to business by railing against the insane corruption of pharmaceutical companies.
Further validating why his show was one of our favorites from last year, Oliver spent twenty minutes on the subject, breaking down the circle of money that swirls around us in a big Looney Tunes-style dustball of bribes and manipulation.
