While most of the news coming out of Lollapalooza 2021 centered around the large maskless crowds amidst the surging Delta variant (besides the cancelling of DaBaby and the Fred Durst wig debate), scores of artists returned to the stage for their first live performances since the pandemic unfolded. FLOOD photographer Mallory Turner spent four days traipsing the festival grounds to catch up with many of Lolla's brightest up-and-coming stars, capturing intimate portraits of mxmtoon, Cavetown, Tate McRae, RMR, Cautious Clay, Dayglow, Aly & AJ, Noga Erez, 24kGoldn, Tai Verdes, NEZ, Olivia O'Brien, DRAMA, Ashe, and many more.
