Watch Dayglow Perform in His Yard for “Neighborhoods”

Sloan Struble performs “Can I Call You Tonight?” and “Fuzzybrain” from his home in Austin.

So far for FLOOD’s new Neighborhoods live series, Reignwolf snuck into his old elementary school in Saskatoon, Brendan Benson took to the train tracks in Nashville, and Remi Wolf played the first drive-in show in Los Angeles since the pandemic hit. This week, singer/songwriter Dayglow (a.k.a Sloan Struble) didn’t have to venture far to find a scenic setting, performing amidst the greenery and the birds chirping in his backyard near Barton Springs in Austin.

Stripping his signature low-budget indie pop down to a single acoustic guitar, Struble braves the humidity of central Texas to give us a two-song set perfectly timed so as not to compete with some nearby construction. Watch his performances of his singles “Can I Call You Tonight?” and “Fuzzybrain” from his 2018 EP (also called Fuzzybrain) below.
