Both illuminati hotties and Bartees Strange have been doing the most lately. Coming off a production gig on Pom Pom Squad’s debut album Death of a Cheerleader, Sarah Tudzin’s gearing up to release her highly anticipated official sophomore album Let Me Do One More on October 1. Strange, coming off the release of his excellent 2020 debut Live Forever, recently produced Harmony Woods’ latest album Graceful Rage, and has slowly been putting out remixes ever since, including one for his pal Tudzin for her single “Pool Hopping.”

Strange only adds to the refreshing chaos that “Pool Hopping” splashes us with. “I’ve met somebody who would never be so rude / They don’t look me over and over,” he yells about a past lover who’s found the arms of a Pisces. “There is no one at this whole dang pool party that could give a better spin on ‘Pool Hopping’ than Bartees Strange,” Tudzin said in a press release. “I’m so honored to have found a collaborator and friend in Bartees. Also I’m thrilled that he said yes to adding his style so we can all celebrate Pool Hopping Summer for just a little bit longer.”
