Wiggle wiggle wiggle! Halloween weekend brought out the spooky and the zany at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco for the return of the annual Outside Lands festival, with Tame Impala honoring their Australian compatriots, Caroline Polachek doing her best Marie Antoinette, Rico Nasty’s hammer-wielding harlequin outfit, and fans throughout the festival grounds dressed to impress.
