Two weekends of Austin City Limits 2022 are in the books, with the annual music festival already announcing today they will be back in 2023 on the weekends of October 6 and 13. While Paramore's return and Red Hot Chili Peppers' reunion with guitarist John Frusciante garnered most of the headlines this year, the undercard was stacked with an eclectic lineup across genres.
When he wasn't holed up in the photo pit documenting the best live moments of the festival, FLOOD photographer Daniel Cavazos was backstage capturing intimate portraits of many of our favorite artists, including jazz titan Robert Glasper, French dance groovers L'Impératrice, and LA's own cinematic psych-soul-pop quartet The Marías and Saddest Factory signee (and recent FLOOD cover co-star) Sloppy Jane.
