Run the Jewels and Volcom are continuing their longstanding partnership with a Hot Wheels toy car and capsule collection to help commemorate RTJ’s decade in the game. El-P and Killer Mike’s signature ‘87 Buick Regal GNX gets fitted and detailed with iconography from the brands involved in the project. Additionally, the packaging pays homage to the group’s most recent album, 2020’s RTJ4. The car is currently sold out on Mattel’s website but can still be snagged at RTJ’s official site.
In other Jewels news, the duo has launched the Jewel Runner Fan Club. The app offers club members private access to discounts, special offers, events, and more. Currently in beta testing mode, membership is free and lets fans earn “JWLs” which unlock access to exclusive merch drops, specialty items, rare content, and other items. Visit the group’s website for more information, and check out the Hot Wheels car below.
