South Carolina’s High Water Festival, curated by Shovels & Rope, will return to North Charleston’s Riverfront Park next year on the weekend of April 20. Artists set to perform at the 2024 iteration of the event include headliners Noah Kahan and Hozier alongside other notable acts including Fleet Foxes, The Flaming Lips (performing Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots in full), Grace Potter, Courtney Barnett, The Wallflowers, The Walkmen, Briston Maroney, The Linda Lindas, Kevin Morby, and Cut Worms, along with Shovel & Rope themselves.
