As Kilby Block Party prepares for its fifth year in Salt Lake City, the festival has announced that LCD Soundsystem, The Postal Service, and Vampire Weekend will be headlining the three-day event, which is set for May 10 to 12 at Utah State Fairpark. Passes go on sale on tomorrow at 9 a.m. PT.
