The LA Phil has announced the lineup for the 2024 Hollywood Bowl season. Among the artists who will be making their debuts at the Bowl are Mitski—who will be sharing the stage with Sharon Van Etten—and Laufey. Additionally, The Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival co-curated by Kamasi Washington and LA Phil Creative Chair for Jazz Herbie Hancock will return with Jodeci, Baby Rose, Christian McBride, Robert Glasper and special guests including Yebba, and more to be announced.
Additional highlights include Beck, who will perform with the LA Phil. The very first West Coast Roots Picnic will include The Roots, Queen Latifah, Common, Digable Planets, Arrested Development, The Pharcyde, and Black Sheep. Meanwhile the KCRW Festival—now in its 24th year—will bring performances highlighting diverse musical genres to the Bowl. The series begins with a co-headlined concert of Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Sylvan Esso.
