Clairo has announced that her third album, Charm, is set to arrive on July 12. She’s teasing the follow-up to 2021’s Sling with the highly relatable first single, “Sexy to Someone.” The bouncy soft-rock track is built around galloping drums, piano chords, and a bass line that could feel at home on a funk classic. Over all of this, Clairo employs her signature half-whisper, crooning: “Sexy to someone, is all I really want / Sometimes sexy is someone, it’s all I really want.”
