After giving us a peak of their new material last month with “Silver Car Crash,” synth-pop duo Majical Cloudz shared the title track of their upcoming sophomore album Are You Alone? this morning.
Singer Devon Welsh peppers the song with lines straight from Radiohead‘s Kid A closer “Motion Picture Soundtrack.” According to the Welsh, “‘Are You Alone?’ is a song about life! People doing things and feeling things and falling all over the place! Lots of emotions! Just trying to keep going! Sometimes it’s easy! Sometimes it’s hard! It’s a song about caring what happens! To other people!”
Yep, sounds like someone’s been listening to a lot of Radiohead.
Are You Alone? is out October 16.
