Not only was this year’s Outside Lands the first major music festival where you could legally buy weed, it also boasted its largest crowds ever on Saturday, highlighted by what Donald Glover stated was “his second to last show we will be doing” as Childish Gambino. The annual festival set in sprawling Golden Gate Park, San Francisco, also featured stellar performances from Weyes Blood, Kacey Musgraves, Wallows, Cherry Glazerr, Santigold, Anderson .Paak & the Free Nationals, Mavis Staples, and a closing set from Paul Simon that included a surprise appearance from the Grateful Dead’s Bob Weir.
