It’s hard to believe that ten years after that whole OFWGKTA thing happened, we’re still consistently enraptured by every move the individuals from the since-disbanded rap brigade makes. Between Tyler, the Creator seemingly reinventing his sound and image every year and the occasional Frank Ocean sighting, it seems everything the major players in scene do is still newsworthy—including the stirring of Earl Sweatshirt, whose output in recent years has been nearly as sporadic as Frank’s.

This morning, Sweatshirt announced his follow-up to last year’s fourth LP Some Rap Songs, an EP titled Feet of Clay. With little more than a track listing and album artwork available, we’ll have to wait until its midnight release to hear all seven predominantly Sweatshirt-produced songs, including a closing track in collaboration with Mach-Hommy with whom Earl recorded earlier this year.

FOC is a collection of observations and feelings recorded during the death throes of a crumbling empire,” Sweatshirt shared of the EP in a press statement, somehow coming up with something to say that’s even more metal than the record’s cover art, pictured below with the EP’s track list. Also, if you’re in LA, there is a place to go tonight.

TRACKLIST:

1. “74”
2. “EAST”
3. “MTOMB”
4. “OD”
5. “EL TORO COMBO MEAL” (feat. Mavi)
6. “TISKTISK/COOKIES”
7. “4N” (feat. Mach-Hommy)
