The Streets are back, and they’ve brought Tame Impala along for the ride: the one-man-band projects from Mike Skinner and Kevin Parker respectively have come together for a new single called “Call My Phone Thinking I’m Doing Nothing Better.” As The Streets, Skinner conjured up some outstanding music during the ’00s, including his acclaimed 2002 debut, Original Pirate Material.

On July 20, The Streets will return with a new mixtape, None of Us Are Getting Out of This Life Alive, featuring a host of collaborators, Tame Impala among them. Their collaboration is truly a mix of the artists’ distinct styles, with Skinner’s stream-of-consciousness lyricism meshing with Parker’s feel-good way with melody that lifts the soaring chorus.

The new track arrives with a strong visual that finds both guys dealing with social isolation with an endless round of phone calls made to friends. Among those on the other end of the line are other artists featured on the new Streets mixtape, including IDLES and Ms. Banks. Watch it below.
