As his most recent EP proved, the Haitian-American emcee MOZIAH excels at rambunctious team raps, with his three-song ZYEBOI release introducing the rapper as an aggressive voice in hip-hop. But the rapper has range, as seen in his “Neighborhoods” video he filmed on a rooftop in Brooklyn.

“Irvingsquarepark,” the song he performs, is taken from his 2018 debut LP Dax Nextdoor, which he transforms from an electronic R&B number into a soulful acoustic ballad with the help of his friend theodore, who you can find “in Greenpoint somewhere, probably playing basketball.”  Watch the performance below, and check out more from MOZIAH here.
