Meat Loaf said…a lot of things in his recent Daily Mail profile, opening with quips about pubescent three-way makeout sessions that ungracefully transition into descriptions of weight-loss regimens and TV-watching habits. But after another abrupt transition into complaints about back pain, the profile reveals Meat’s disdain for climate activist, revered teen, and Time Person of the Year Greta Thunberg.

“I feel for that Greta,” the To Catch a Yeti star says at the end of the write-up. “She has been brainwashed into thinking that there is climate change and there isn’t. She hasn’t done anything wrong but she’s been forced into thinking that what she is saying is true.” OK, Meat.

This apparently offhand comment comes on the heels of a slew of malicious character assassinations on teens played out by adults with extremely dumb political agendas and worse relationships with their children that have seemed to define the Trump presidency since Parkland. I guess all of our ’70s heartthrobs (?) can’t be Jeff Bridges.
